Track motor universal car MUV 69-MT
by means of lengthening piping of smaller diameter and aspiring pipe terminators it is possible to effect manual cleaning of platforms and surroundings. By analogical complements it is possible to clean internal space of railway trucks from transported material.

The vehicle frame

The skeleton of vehicle is welded structure. On frame face they are hangings, servient to towing of trailers. they are mounted on the vehicle frame single tow equipment ,pneumatic and hydraulic quick couplings and mounting lugs too.
To frame they are mounted from below:
• hydraulic tank
• fuel tank o pneumatic tank
• travel gear box two drive wheel-sets

Drive unit

to vehicle MUV 69 - MT there is by default built-in combustion engine Z 8703.000. According to customer's requirement, and after agreement there is possible to build in equivalent engine.

The power transfer

• hydraulic pump is linked through the cut out clutch straight with combustion engine. Hydraulic engine is mounted on travel gearbox. Torque is transmitted from travel gearbox to cardan shafts, axle reducers and then to driving wheels of powered vehicle.
• transmission of vehicle is hydrostatic and enables comfortable adjustment of choosing constant travelling speed of vehicle in full range of velocity from 0 to 50 km/h, in both courses, without changing of gears.
• control of velocity and travel direction of vehicle is solved by one operating lever.
• travel unit is create by two drive wheel-sets, which are mounted to the frame of vehicle by means of swinging arms.
• alternatively, on request of customer, there is possible to built in 5-graded gear box with mechanical power transmission.

The cab

• The cab is modern, self-supporting structure, holding the modern trend of design with preservation of all the ergonomic parameters. It affords elbowroom for 6 workers transport, including driver.
• two turning anatomic seats (driver and co-driver), built-in on cab floor ensure comfortable access to control elements and enable good view from cab by the both course drive. The seats are springed-back. There is possible to adjust spring-back power in dependence on weight of operator.
• all most important and most used apparatuses, operating elements and check lights of drive units (motor, hydraulic units), are placed on front control board. Upper control board is equipped with cutout switches of signal lights, working lights and interior lighting. On the left control board they are placed operating levers of engine and travel, pneumatic manometer and control of klaxon and sanders.
• the doors are adjustable with arrestment possibility in semi-opened position. In forepart of roof there is a ventilating opening.
• heating is warm water from engine cooling circuit. Front and rear windscreen wipers are equipped with sprayers.
• by request of customer and for extra pay there is possible to build in air condition to cab.
• behind the cab there is placed electric distributor box and according to stipulated specification with customer the box for working tools too.
• trailer labels are placed in front on cab together with other light sources and at the back of vehicle frame.

Hydraulic system

Hydraulic system of vehicle is create by three fundamental circuits:
• travel circuit - consisting from axial adjustment hydraulic generator and axial hydraulic engine with electronic adjustment of delivered oil quantity and therethrough the adjustment of vehicle speed
• the superstructure circuit - compressive fluid power for superstructure circuit is given by detachable tooth hydraulic pump installed in tandem with hydraulic pump of travel. This circuit is instrumental to drive hydraulic arm, electric generator, or to drive other auxiliary equipment
• emergency circuit - compressive oil for manual emergency operation of auxiliary equipment (hydraulic arm and so on.) at tooth hydraulic pump failure of superstructure is ensured by hand hydraulic pump placed in rear part of vehicle.

Additional equipments and superstructures

MUV 69 - MT vehicles by default delivered with solid platform is used to transport of load. On base of agreement with customer it is possible to provide the powered vehicle with various auxiliary equipment and superstructures. In basal range of equipment, which can be eked out with further auxiliary equipment, are:

• Hydraulically operating device (hydraulic arm) with various equipment (grab, crane hook and so on)
• Tillting platform
• Welding unit
• Electric generator (220V/6kW)
• Mowing unit
• Bush cutter
