The cable layer SCH 150.K is a two-axle, self-driven railway machine with hydrostatic energy transmission. It is designed for underground laying of optics cables, power cables and protection foil next to the track. Different laying ploughs can be used according to the required depth of cable to be laid under the ground. Smoothing blades, fixed and tilting guide pulleys are also an integral part of ploughs applicable at cable and foil placing.
The machine platform serves for storage and transport of remaining cable coils. The machine is equipped with standard couplings and buffers in its front part, that enable towing of additional wagon or joining the machine to the end of train.
