 CLEANING AND DIGGING MACHINE SZP-750
SZP 750 is a track machine, self-moving in working mode, specificcaly designed to
carry out groundwork in proximity to the rack.
The machine SZP 750 serves for earthwork which has to be done for maintenance and
reneway of railwai bed . It is determined first of all for:
■ Cleaning and renewal of ditchies , digging drainage channels
■ Laying of the cabels within reach of the bucket wheel
■ Earthwork connected with railway bed maintenance
■ Slopes arrangement along the railway line
■ Excavating of new drainage channels
Machine is designed for special railway track works with different type of rails,
conections and sleepers in moderate climatic conditions with ambient temperature in the
range of minus -10 °С – plus 40°С.
DESCRTIPTION OF MAIN PARTS OF SZP – 750
Bogie frame
It is welding construction made from steel plates and standard section. The
Frame is located at two bogies, tapered off in middle part, for working of bucket wheel
excavator just behind end of sleepers. The frame is equipped at both sides by
automatc connections SA-3 with dumping device.
Power unit
The machine is equipped with one diesel engine CATERPILLAR C15 with
output 403 kW.
Bucket wheel excavator
It is designed for cleaning ,renewal of ditchies and drainage channels and
digging new ditchies. Bucket wheel excavator is assembled on special mechanism,
for turning of wheel to vertical and also horizontal axle of machine frame. Wheel is
equipped with coveyer and counterweights. Hydraulic drive of wheel – by gear unit
and hydraulic motor. Excavated material goes through hopper to turning conveyer,
which enable discharge of excavated material into wagon of train set or next to the
railway for one or other side.
Ploughts:
The machine is equpped with two trussed ploughts one of each side. Which
are designed for auxiliary works of planation and arragment of slopes along the
railway line. The plug consist of arm, turning head, ploughshare and arm of plought
jib. Turn of ploughshare can be set in both vertical and horizontal plane. Plought is
mounted to the machine franme by turning and lifting mechanism. In transfer mode
the ploughts are lifted and bedded on special brackets.
