Hydraulic rail tightender HNK - 60

HNK - 60 is determined for rail tightening during welding a contactless rail of all types of rails. It enables contactless rail welding at a lower temperature than the operational one is. The device is clamped to the rail web by means of self-clamping jaws with help of stirrups. The stirrups connect the jaws above the head or beneath the foot of the rail. The tightening force is produced with a hand pump and it is possible to check it with a pressure gauge (manometer).
